On the fourth Sunday of each month, Generations Trio plays jazz standards and more, usually 5-8PM. Generations are Michelle, Rachel, and Dave. Dave is their Dad! They play music their parents and grandparents listened to! Their facebook page is Generations Music

On the first Saturday of each month there is a Contra Dance at the Macon County Library, 6:30-9PM. See newsletter below for details.

On the First Tuesday of every month there is a SONG CIRCLE at the Macon County Library from 3pm till 6pm. It’s in the “blues” room in the back of the kids’ section. Come and go as you please during that time. Everyone welcome to listen, play, sing, share songs.

On the Second Friday of Every Month there is an OPEN MIC at Cowee School. Calling all storytellers, songwriters, visual artists doing show & tell! Join us for a fun & creative evening. Cowee Coffee will be open. 

FROG Quarters (the Greenway Cafe) has local musicians playing every Saturday morning from 11AM to 1PM. Check out some of the local talent! Schedule is below.

6/29/24—George James—With a collection of around 800 songs, George does covers of folk, country and oldies. Come with your requests to hear George. If he doesn’t have a song, chances are he knows another by your artist!
